Deposits

  • A $500 security deposit is required on all events. The full security deposit and signed Rental Agreement and Clubhouse Rules will hold your reservation.
  • The Certification of Insurance is due within 2 weeks of the event. The rental fee is due before you can pick up the keys.
  • The deposit will be returned after a final inspection, assuming no damage or additional cleaning is needed. If additional cleaning is necessary, you will be assessed at $40 per hour, deducted from your security deposit.

Insurance requirement

  • General liability policy in the amount not less than $1,000,000 (one million dollars)

Cancellation policy

  • Any event canceled at least 30 days before the event shall forfeit 50% of the rental fee.
  • Events canceled less than 30 days before the scheduled event shall forfeit 100% of the rental fee.
